Cocktail ingredients
• 60 ml Arcipelago Gin
• 15 ml sugar syrup
• 30 ml lime juice
• 6 basil leaves
Chamomile and Bergamot Foam Ingredients (OPTIONAL)
• 150 ml bergamot liqueur
• 40 ml sugar syrup
• 1 hot chamomile teapot with a double strainer
• 2 gelatin sheets
Preparation
Crush the basil leaves. Pour them into a shaker along with the Arcipelago Gin, sugar syrup, and fresh lime juice. Shake well for a few seconds. Double-strain into a lowball glass. Garnish with a fresh basil leaf or sprig. To make the foam, fill a siphon with the above ingredients, shake, and charge with CO2. Refrigerate for two hours before serving.
ARCIPELAGO TONIC
Cocktail ingredients
• 50 ml Arcipelago Gin
• 100 ml Dry Tonic Water
• Lemon twist
Preparation
Pour Arcipelago Gin into a glass and fill with ice.
Finish the cocktail with dry tonic water and garnish with a lemon twist.
NEGRONI
Cocktail ingredients
• 30 ml Arcipelago Gin
• 30 ml Vermouth Rosso
• 30 ml Bitter
• Orange zest
Preparation
Pour the ingredients into a glass with ice.
Swirl for a few seconds and adjust the ice, adding more
if necessary. Garnish with an orange zest.
ARCIPELAGO DRY
Cocktail ingredients
• 60 ml Arcipelago Gin
• 10 ml Dry Vermouth
• Olive
Preparation
Pour Arcipelago Gin and Dry Vermouth into a mixing glass filled with
ice. Stir well and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a green olive
